For our office in Tbilisi (60 employees) we are looking for a full-time Administrative Manager to organize and do administrative, secretarial, and office-related tasks:

** Provision of administrative support to Managers (maintain agendas, book flights, create simple reports)
** Manage basic HR (Registering new employee in talent Program maintain holiday balances, organize social & corporative events together with team building, etc.).
** Preparing employee Rotation, Business trip, Vacation and other personnel-related orders and files.
** Prepare Bank Payments.
** Assist finance department and external bookkeeper to get the needed documents and invoices.
** Organize things to keep the office operational (check cleaning services, order repairs, keep inventory and stationery, etc.).
** Organize business trips for employees.
** Other administrative related ad-hoc duties on request.

Requested profile:

** Ability to speak and write English at working level. If you could also speak French it would be a very big plus.
** Experienced in Outlook (or another rich email application).
** Experienced in Excel.
** At least 1 year of practical experience in a similar position.
